Nope. Everything happens over WhatsApp — the app you already have. Just message us, share your location pin, and we'll do the rest.

In WhatsApp, tap the + (or paperclip) → Location → Send your current location. That pin is all our rider needs, even for hard-to-find villas down the gangs.

Pay on delivery by cash, card, or QRIS (scan-to-pay from any Indonesian or international e-wallet). No prepayment needed.

Wash · dry · fold · iron is charged per kilogram at the rate for your chosen speed, with a 2 kg minimum per order. We weigh your bag in front of you at pickup and confirm the total before we start. Want whites and darks washed separately? No problem — each separate wash is billed as its own load, according to our minimum load policy.

Choose Express — 3–5 business hours, counted within our 8 AM–9 PM opening times (we never count overnight). Order in the morning and it's back the same day; order late and it's delivered first thing the next morning. Message us your flight time and we'll prioritise it.

Yes — pickup and delivery are completely free across all our Canggu coverage zones. You only pay for the laundry itself (washes are billed with a 2 kg minimum).

Stain removal isn't included in the standard wash · dry · fold · iron service. For tough marks, ask for Handwash / Stain Removal (49k/pc) — deep clean, stain treatment and gentle hand-washing. Charges can vary with the type and severity of the stain, so send us a photo on WhatsApp for a quick quote.

Machine washing has its limits — we can't take responsibility for damage caused during machine wash & dry, so tell us about anything delicate or precious and we'll recommend gentle hand-washing or special care instead. Kids' clothes can go through our extra-gentle Kids Care service.
